These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Personality Hub website, applications, assessments, reports, subscriptions, learning materials and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Personality Hub is operated by MEDIA 3 FZCO, a Free Zone Company (FZCO) licensed/registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade licence/registration number 25509, issued by Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, with registered office at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Personality Hub", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms are intended to operate alongside mandatory consumer-protection and other rights that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
The Services are intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or purchase paid Services.
Personality Hub provides self-development and educational assessments, personalised reports, growth content, courses, challenges and related tools. Some Services may include assessments relating to personality traits, stress, attention, emotional patterns, relationships, workplace preferences or similar topics.
The Services are designed for self-exploration, education and personal development. They are not clinical diagnostic tools and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, counselling, legal, financial, employment or other professional advice. In particular, an ADHD-related or mental-health-adjacent assessment result does not diagnose, rule out or treat any medical or mental-health condition.
If you have concerns about your health, mental health or safety, seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of information provided by the Services.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
We may require reasonable identity or account-verification steps before processing account, billing or privacy requests.
Paid Services are offered on the pricing page and/or at checkout. The price, billing interval, introductory period (if any), taxes and other material payment terms displayed immediately before you place an order form part of your purchase.

Other plans may be offered from time to time. If another price, introductory period or billing interval is shown at checkout, the checkout terms you expressly accept will govern that purchase.
By starting a recurring subscription, you authorise us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the initial amount and each recurring renewal until cancellation. We will provide an order or payment confirmation containing the transaction details required by applicable law.
Prices may be displayed in US dollars, UAE dirhams or another currency depending on your location and checkout configuration. Your bank or payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees. Applicable taxes will be shown or included as required by law.
You may cancel a subscription through the cancellation function made available in your account, where available, or by contacting support using the details in Section 21. We recommend cancelling before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.
After cancellation, you will normally retain access until the end of the period already paid for. No further recurring charge will be made after cancellation has been successfully processed, except for a charge already authorised or initiated before cancellation where reversal is not reasonably possible.
We will not make it unreasonably difficult to cancel a recurring subscription. If you have trouble cancelling, contact support and provide the email address associated with the account.
Your rights depend on the circumstances and the mandatory law applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits a legal right to a refund, re-performance of a service, compensation, correction of a billing error or another consumer remedy.
If a paid Service is not supplied, is materially defective, or materially differs from what was promised, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
If you cancel only because you no longer wish to continue a properly supplied subscription, cancellation normally applies to future renewals and we do not ordinarily provide a pro-rated refund for an already-started billing period, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to a refund.
Refunds, where approved or legally required, are generally returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Spreedly, Shift4, or another provider identified at checkout. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card number. Payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy notices to their processing of payment information.
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal or properly authorised business purposes. You must not:
The Services and their contents, including assessment questions, scoring logic, reports, text, graphics, branding, designs, software, course materials and databases, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download or retain a copy of your own report for personal use. No other rights are granted.
If you send us feedback, suggestions or non-confidential ideas about the Services, you grant us permission to use them to improve our Services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal assessment responses or remove rights you have in your personal data.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including assessment responses and results, account data, device information and payment-related information. The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your relationship with us and should be read together with these Terms.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment providers, analytics services, advertising platforms, hosting providers or social-login services. We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, product development or other legitimate operational reasons. For a paid subscription, we will not materially reduce the core paid Service during a current billing period without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, network conditions, security incidents or events outside our reasonable control.
We may change prices for future purchases or future subscription renewals. If we increase a recurring price or materially change a subscription term, we will provide reasonable advance notice where required and you may cancel before the change takes effect. A price change will not retroactively change a completed charge.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by an appropriate method, such as a notice on the Services or email. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, except where immediate changes are required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. Assessment results are based on the answers submitted, scoring methods and assumptions used by the Services, and individual results may not be complete, clinically validated or suitable for every purpose.
We do not guarantee that an assessment result is an objective or definitive description of you, predicts future behaviour or outcomes, or is suitable for diagnosis, treatment, hiring, promotion, education, insurance, credit or other high-impact decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the paragraph above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you accepted these Terms, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on an assessment where the Services clearly state that professional advice should be obtained.
Where applicable law permits a monetary limitation of liability, our aggregate liability arising from the paid Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the affected Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where law prohibits it.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created a security risk, or where suspension is required by law. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.
You may stop using the Services and may request account closure at any time. Ending an account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for an already supplied paid period, but it does not affect any mandatory refund or consumer remedy.
You agree that contracts, confirmations, notices, invoices, disclosures and other communications relating to the Services may be provided electronically, including by email or through your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You should keep your contact information current.
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply based on your place of residence.
We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent forum.
UAE consumers may also be entitled to submit consumer complaints to the competent UAE or Dubai consumer-protection authority.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a merger, restructuring, sale of business or similar transaction, provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.
